Webror — AI chat assistants for business websites
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Webror, a sole proprietorship owned by Mehak Mansuri, with its principal place of business at Second Floor, 144, Near Gupta Oil Shop, Nehru Kutia, Malka Ganj, Delhi 110007, India (“Webror”, “we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of https://webror.com, our customer portal at https://app.webror.com (the “Portal”), the chat widget we provide (the “Chat Widget”) and related services (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.
1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, signing in (including with Google) or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you use the Services for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and “you” includes that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
2. What the Services do
Webror lets a business create an AI chat assistant that answers questions using content the business provides, embed it on its own website, collect leads, and view conversations and basic analytics in the Portal. Features, limits and availability depend on your plan and may change over time.
3. Your account
- Give accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
- If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for the security of your Google account.
- The Chat Widget works only on the website domain registered in your account. You confirm that you own or control that domain and are allowed to place the chatbot on it.
- We may refuse or close accounts that give false information or break these Terms.
4. Plans, trials and usage limits
- Plans, prices and included limits (such as daily chat messages, knowledge-base size and file size) are shown on our pricing page or in the Portal.
- A free trial, where offered, lasts for the period shown when you sign up. When a trial ends, the account moves to a plan with lower limits unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
- We apply fair-use rules and automatic abuse protection (such as rate limits and daily limits) to keep the Services available to everyone. We may change limits, features or plans, and we will give you reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
5. Fees and payment
- Paid plans are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual, as you choose) at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which we add where required. We issue a tax invoice for each payment.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. You authorise us and the gateway to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. Where the law or your bank requires advance notice or extra authentication for recurring payments, we will follow those rules.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it, restrict paid features or suspend the account until payment is made.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase takes effect on your plan. You may cancel before it applies.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Your content and your responsibilities
Your content. You keep ownership of everything you provide to the Services, including knowledge-base text, documents, imported web pages, settings and any customer data collected through your chatbot (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit Your Content, including to our AI and infrastructure providers, only as needed to provide and secure the Services for you.
You promise that:
- you own Your Content or have the rights and permissions to use it this way, and it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law;
- the information your chatbot is given is accurate and kept up to date, since the assistant answers visitors based on it;
- you will not upload passwords, payment card or bank details, government ID numbers, health records or other sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary and lawful, and you have the required consents.
Your visitors’ data. For personal data of people who chat with your assistant, you are the Data Fiduciary (controller) and Webror is your Data Processor. You are responsible for:
- showing a clear privacy notice on your website that covers the chatbot, and obtaining any consents the law requires;
- using the data lawfully and responding to requests from your visitors;
- telling visitors that they are chatting with an automated AI assistant.
We process visitors’ data only on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy. On request, we will sign a data processing agreement with you and tell you which service providers we use.
7. AI-generated answers
The assistant generates answers with artificial intelligence, using your content and general model knowledge. Answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:
- the assistant is not a substitute for professional advice, and its answers are not medical, legal, financial or safety advice;
- you are responsible for reviewing how the assistant behaves on your website and for how you and your visitors rely on its answers;
- you should not use the assistant as the only basis for important decisions, and it must not be used for emergencies;
- we do not promise any particular result, such as a number of leads, sales or conversations.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services, or allow anyone else to use them, to:
- break any law, or infringe or misuse anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or that exploits or endangers children;
- impersonate another person or business, or mislead people about who they are talking to;
- send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect personal data unlawfully;
- upload viruses or malicious code, or attack, probe or overload the Services;
- get around usage limits, the domain restriction, authentication or other security measures;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Services, or use them to build a competing product, except as these Terms allow.
We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
9. Our property
The Services, including the software, design, trademarks and the Webror name and logo, belong to Webror and its licensors. While you have an active account, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services for your own business under these Terms. We may show a “Powered by Webror” label in the Chat Widget; it can be removed only where your plan allows. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
10. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties, such as AI model providers, email and hosting providers, Google sign-in and payment gateways. We are not responsible for their services or outages, and their own terms may apply to you. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We may carry out maintenance or make changes at any time. Support is provided by email at [email protected], Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Services and cancel your plan at any time, as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you break these Terms, do not pay, create legal or security risk, or abuse the Services. We may also end the Services entirely with reasonable notice.
- When your account ends, your right to use the Services stops. You can export your leads from the Portal before closing your account. After closure we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy, normally within 30 days.
- Sections that by their nature should continue (for example payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law) continue after termination.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- Webror will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from or related to the Services, even if we were told they were possible; and
- Webror’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim (or INR 1,000 if you have not paid us anything).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate Webror, its owner, employees and partners against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms or the law, or claims by your visitors or other third parties about how you use the chatbot.
16. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Both parties will follow the data protection laws that apply to them. If you become aware of a security incident affecting your account, tell us promptly. If we become aware of a personal-data breach affecting data we process for you, we will notify you without undue delay.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you at least 15 days’ notice by email or in the Portal before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change applies; continuing to use the Services afterwards means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceeding, both parties will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by writing to each other, and we ask that you first email [email protected] and allow 30 days. If it is not resolved, the courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. General
- These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and Webror about the Services.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business transfer.
- Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- We may send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the Portal.
